Hello Pete, my first thought would be to “only” put quality posts, it shows commitment and that you take your readers seriously, as some others say mediocre is all around, why join the masses,.. doing so will probably have more chances to attract the readers you want but it is absolutely more demanding, it is more time consuming,… no pain, no gain. I have written posts and I was not like “hell yeah” this is awesome but just for the sake of publishing I did not have such a great feeling with it so probably it will shine through as well in the post. Never the less as a starter like me, it might be interesting to develop the habit of writing often, publishing a lot and evaluating and testing just to see how the crowds responds and the more one writes, the better the posts in the long run (at least that is how I see things :). So my view is try to post only quality but if you are a starter just post, get visiblity see how it goes and you can always update later.
